By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with our site you must be over 18 years old. We retain the right to refuse any order placed. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products. The cost of such products may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. We reserve the right to limit the amount of products we supply and to refuse any order.

If you wish to return or exchange any item, you must communicate this to us within 15 days after receving your order. To iniciate the process, please contact us through our email support@alineclothing.com.

All products must be returned in their original condition, including tags, packaging and the delivery note enclosed with your parcel. The returned products remain your responsibility until we receive them.

The refund will be processed after receiving the returned products and after they are evaluated by the Quality Department. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used when you placed the order. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.
